About Tess

I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and will have my Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration upon the completion of my final course. I have been a K-2 teacher for 14 years, with most of my experience in Kindergarten. I have expertise in teaching early phonics, reading, and writing skills. I have been trained in the LETRS program and base my instruction on scientifically proven methods. I believe every child can learn to read and write! Although literacy is my passion, I am also able to tutor in elementary math.
