About Tashaye

I've been a childcare provider in New York for 12 years, starting as a daycare employee and later as a long-term babysitter. From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a nanny for a family with a 16-month-old daughter. In 2023, I joined a nanny share and cared for two children aged 6 and 13 months. In 2024, I worked with a couple and their 4-month-old daughter. I also worked with a pre-teen on the autism spectrum part-time. Since May 2025, I've been a nanny for a family with a 23-month-old son, who will start school soon. I'm currently seeking long-term employment. I am passionate about childcare because I love being able to help children learn and grow. Working with children has encouraged me to be more creative and carefree simply by looking at the world from their perspective. The opportunity also gives me a pivotal role in helping to prepare someone for the world and all that is has to offer, which is very rewarding.
