Hi! I am a certified teacher who loves inquiry and play based learning. I have experience teaching Kindergarten, First Grade and English Language Learners (K-5). I taught 6 years out of college, stayed home for 9 with my children and have spent the last six years teaching kindergarten locally until COVID. During this time I took the year off so that I could make sure my two children were keeping up with their distance learning. I ended up managing distance learning for 3 to 5 kids each day in my home. The next year I taught 4/5-year-olds and a transitional kindergarten class at a local preschool. I have spent the past two years doing private homeschool for an Eagle family. It has been an amazing experience but the mom is ready to homeschool the kids herself so I am looking for a new family to help. Please reach out if you think we might be a good match!
