Hi! I'm Sydney, and I have over 10 years of paid experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teens. Over the years I've worked as a nanny for multiple families throughout Oregon, spent entire summers as a camp counselor, and supported children in a variety of home and outdoor settings. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality. I love encouraging creativity, curiosity, and spending time outside, whether that's exploring parks, going on nature walks, doing crafts, reading books, or simply finding fun ways to learn and play. I value building trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I strive to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where kids feel supported, heard, and encouraged to be themselves.
