About Katie

Hi, I'm Katie! I have several years of childcare experience, especially with infants and toddlers. I started in daycare settings, including working as the lead caregiver in an infant classroom, and later transitioned into nannying. I cared for one child from around 3 months old through toddlerhood over nearly three years, and I also have experience nannying infant twins. I've also provided regular babysitting for many families over the years. My approach is warm, patient, and attentive. I love getting to know each child as an individual and creating a calm, supportive environment where they feel safe and confident. I enjoy encouraging curiosity, independence, and everyday life skills through positive interactions. I also enjoy helping families with household tasks like children's laundry, dishes, tidying, organizing, and maintaining routines. I like learning how each household works and supporting families in the way that fits them best.
