Through out my time as a nanny, I've cared for children of all ages but most of my experience is with infants and toddlers. They are my favorite to care after! Sdyney currently works for us 4 days a week. She is very confident and I'm sure gives our kids a feeling of security while we are away. She keeps our schedule perfectly. She is sweet, playful and diligent to guide our toddler to clean up after herself.
