About Suzanne

I have worked with children my whole life, starting as a mother's helper when I was just 9 years old. I earned a BS in elementary ed from Vanderbilt University & a Montessori Lower Elementary teaching credential, which allowed me to teach in traditional elementary and preschool classrooms, as well as, primary and lower elementary classrooms in Montessori environments. My husband and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and have two grown sons. One works in tech in NYC and the other is a CPA in Atlanta. When not working, I love to bake, exercise, read, and pet our 2 dogs. After we moved to Texas 2 years ago, I began working as a nanny. I have always loved working with kids, watching them grow and learn is one of my greatest thrills. One of my passions is reading to them. I hope, by exposing them to what reading has to offer, they will become lifelong learners and readers. Thank you for considering me to work with your family. I look forward to hearing from you.
