Susan is caring and knowledgeable in providing care for my Mother-in-law. She is very conscientious about safety because my MIL was a fall risk. She loves to cook and has made some nice meals and soup for her. Susan is also very timely and informs me immediately if there is any delay or change required in her scheduled shifts. She has been flexible with us when we have left for doctor appointments before her shift is over. We are pleased that she has fit into the family and also loves pets.
