Working with children, especially those with unique needs, is something I truly love. Over four years, I've supported special needs children ages 6 and up, and my background in Applied Behavior Analysis and work as a Behavior Technician with kids on the autism spectrum have shown me how much patience and warmth can help a child feel safe. I meet each child where they are, whether it's kicking a soccer ball outside, an educational game, a craft project, or just being a steady presence. I value gentle consistency and routine, and I keep parents in the loop in whatever way works best for your family. I hold a college degree, current CPI, First Aid, and CPR certifications, and I'm working toward my RBT certification. I'm also bilingual in Punjabi and Hindi, which has helped me connect with many families. More than anything, I want your child to feel genuinely cared for.
