About Steph

Hi Families, I'm Steph! I have over 10 years of experience caring for children from infants to teens in private homes, summer camps, and im elementary school settings. I hold a bachelor's degree in Childhood Education and have worked as both a nanny and house manager. My approach is warm, attentive, and playful, with a focus on building trust, encouraging independence, and supporting creativity. I also offer home organization, playroom setup, and nursery organization. I enjoy creating welcoming, functional spaces that make daily routines easier, from organizing toys and children's clothing to arranging accessible play areas and nursery essentials. With a background in childcare, household management, and visual merchandising, I bring both practical organization and thoughtful design to every project. Whether you need childcare, home organization, or both, I'd love to help make life easier for your family!
