About Diana

Hi im Diana and im a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with 6 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). My experience has taught me how important it is to create a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to grow. I enjoy helping children learn new skills, explore their interests, build confidence, and have fun along the way! I believe every child is unique and deserves patience, understanding, and individualized care. I love incorporating creative activities, arts and crafts, playtime, and everyday learning into my time with children. Along with childcare, I have experience with home management, including keeping the home clean and organized, maintaining routines, and helping with household tasks. My goal is to make life a little easier for families while providing reliable, attentive care and giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands.
