Starr has cared for my two boys since they were 3 months & 20 months. It’s very evident this is not just a job for her. She frequently does little things that shows she really cares about them. She follows all my instructions to a T which has eased my mom mind while I’m at work. I also feel it’s important to add that she’s very open to feedback and welcomes open communication allowing us to grow together as a strong family/nanny combo. Highly recommend!!
