About Jennifer

I am a mother of 4 and former special education teacher who is looking for part-time employment as a care provider. Between my roles as a babysitter, camp counselor, nature director, and special education teacher, I have over 25 years of experience in the field. I am comfortable working with all ages, including children and adults with mild to severe disabilities. I'm organized, reliable, and full of energy. My kids and I love going on adventures and we can often be found at museums, nature centers, and playgrounds. As a homeschooling mom, I am always looking for teachable moments and like to help children learn both academic subjects and independent living skills. Ideally, I'm looking for weekday/weekend daytime positions where my own children can accompany me, but I am willing to consider overnight or weekend positions on a case by case basis.
