About Sophie

I am a career nanny and have been babysitting since I was 11. I worked as an educational assistant in a LifeSkills classroom implementing creative learning strategies and incorporating sign language in order to teach children with disabilities. I've volunteered for many years with an adaptive art class at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art for children with special needs. While in college, I nannied, taught youth sailing and swim lessons, as well as, lifeguarded for the UREC, and taught as a Team Lead in underserved preschools for the Americore Jumpstart program. I also have volunteer experience at New Dream Child Care Center, a bilingual daycare in Eugene, Oregon, in the infant room (newborns to 6 months). I love being active and creative with the kids I care for. I am currently based in West Hollywood and am happy to travel.
