About Aleksa

Hi! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with both professional and personal experience caring for young children. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. Through my work, I've gained experience with communication, emotional regulation, positive reinforcement, transitions, play-based learning, daily routines, and encouraging independence. I'm also a mom of four children under the age of six and was previously a stay-at-home mom. Caring for multiple little ones has given me plenty of hands-on experience with everything from meals, diapering and potty training to naps, playtime, outings, learning activities, and bedtime routines. Being both a mom and an RBT has taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of creating a safe and positive environment. I genuinely enjoy working with children and providing dependable, nurturing care families can feel comfortable with.
