About Sophia

At young age I began working at a Day Camp in Marin County, California. I discovered my passion for working with youth and found it easy to connect and converse with elementary aged children. I started working with middle school aged children a few years later and found this work just as enjoyable. For the past few years I have worked on and off as a nanny for various families, driving multiple kids to extracurricular activities, preparing meals and snacks and creating a safe and fun environment. I graduated from the University of Portland studying psychology and social work and have found lots of ways to connect this information with childcare. I am currently a grad student studying to become a licensed therapist. I would love the opportunity to work with you and your family!
