About Jacqueline

I'd describe my personality as energetic, honest and caring. I like working with kids because I love watching kids learn and grow. The lightbulb moment when they figure something out or accomplish something they have been working out, is so rewarding. I'm looking for a job that I can be a part of the family, really connect with the child(ren) and have a lot of fun. I want to enjoy the environment I am in. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old babysitting for a few families in my neighborhood. At 15, I started working summer camps in the arts and athletics. In college, I focused on nannying and youth programming. In my spare time, I like to do puzzles, read, go to the movies and hang out with my husband and 2 dogs! I love to travel! One thing you should know about me is I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. My skills include fostering growth and development, age approving games/activities and focusing on the safety and well-being of each child I care for.
