Sol has been working for us for a few years. My wife watches some of the grandkids on Fridays and, at the time, we had three of them still in diapers and we needed some assistance. Sol happened to be looking for something on Fridays and it just fit for both of us. She has been good with the kids and helpful. She has been reliable and has provided advanced notice for the times she needed a Friday off and willing to accommodate when we needed to cancel a Friday (due to illnesses or whatever). Sol is nice young lady and easy to get along with. She is certainly not loud, but also not timid. All the kids like her and listen to her.
