About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate, and I'm a recent University of Michigan graduate who recently moved to New York City. I've been babysitting since before college and continued throughout my four years at Michigan, primarily caring for children ages 2-10+. I've cared for up to three children at a time and helped with after-school care, meals, activities, bedtime routines, and date nights. I also spent three years as a tennis professional, teaching children ages 3-18 through private lessons and junior programs. I'm very active and love being outside, playing sports, doing crafts, games, puzzles, and finding fun ways to keep kids engaged. I'm also a strong swimmer and am happy to help with homework, meals, school or activity pickups, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I'm easygoing, dependable, and currently have flexible availability for weekday care, after-school help, date nights, occasional babysitting, or short-term recurring positions!
