We hired Sylvia after a wonderful conversation on the phone and checking two references she provided who said terrific things about her. We had a big task: she needed to be at our house by 6am and take care of the kids until three. She agreed to come over a few days before to help my two kids(*ages 8 and 10) get used to her. I was immediately struck by her maturity and her calmness. On the day she worked for us she was right on time and She kept my kids active and entertained AND kept them off the screens. She has a lovely and gentle personality and she's working towards a degree in education so she's generally interested in children. I would definitely hire her again. Thank you Sylvia for helping us out in a pinch and being so flexible!
