Berta is very punctual and was NEVER late for her scheduled times. She always was doing something w the kids, puzzles, games, crafts. We had a schedule for the kids and she kept them to it including shower times. She was also very helpful with misc light cleaning, making beds, sweeping and cleaning the floors daily, dishes and laundry.
