About Sierra

Hi! My name is Sierra; I am 28 years old and have been a child caregiver sporadically since I was 14. I have babysat/nannied for various families found not only through care. com, but also through various personal connections. I also worked for a short time at a nanny service in NC, where I was assigned new families every week. That experience, in particular, provided me with a wide range of practice with how different families operated, giving me an open mindset and insight into each family's uniqueness. I can handle any age, as I have cared for babies as young as two months to adolescents as old as 12. I can easily vibe with any personality and adapt well to any situation. I pride myself on being very well-rounded. I am super easy to get along with and can have fun doing anything! I recently completed my undergrad in forensic psychology and am looking for a job while I make connections in that field.
