About Shravani

I'd describe my personality as caring, easygoing, and independent. I started working with kids when I returned to my elementary school as a High School Mentor, after having been inspired by my very own high school staff members when I was a kid. I am a very attentive and active listener, and I guarantee I will give your family my best effort in listening to your needs and wants. I understand that different students have different needs, and I am happy to cater my experience to fit your child's requirements. Most importantly, I love what I have been doing for the last three years, and kids remind me everyday that folks in my role are making a positive impact on a daily basis; that's what keeps me going :) My child skills include gentle "parenting", communication, problem solving and argument mediation, and most definitely having patience!!
