About Ryann

Hi, I'm Ryann, I have experience as a nanny and have worked with several childcare programs, including local summer camps and the Girl Scouts. I'm currently a part-time student looking for full-time nanny work and is available to start ASAP. I love dogs (and really all animals!), going on walks, and doing arts and crafts. I have the most experience with children ages 3+, but I'm flexible and comfortable with a range of ages. When working with kids, I focus on three key things: 1. Kindness first. I aim to build a mutually respectful, safe, and positive relationship with both children and parents so we can focus on what matters most: having fun. 2. Respect for boundaries, Every child and parent has their own comfort level. I'm here to listen and support their needs, while always prioritizing safety and keeping parents informed. 3. Kid-led fun, I love engaging kids in activities that they enjoy and keeping things active, creative, and fun.
