About Sheyla

I have four years of experience in child care. I've worked in daycare settings maintaining the schedules of multiple children as well as private nannying. My previous child care roles solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives, and provide a nurturing and supportive environment. I would describe myself as patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor play, board games, and age appropriate activities. I've worked with children as young as 3 months - 13 years of age and feel confident in my ability to connect with all age groups. I'm also happy to assist with cooking for the children, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I believe communication is key between parents and child care providers in order to provide the best quality of care for children. My goal is to find a family who is looking for a long term nanny in their child/children's lives. First-Aid and CPR training certified
