About Shenika

As a seasoned home health aide with over a decade of experience and a licensed CNA since 2012, I have honed my skills in providing excellent care to patients with diverse needs. My experience includes caring for my great-grandmother, which instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and compassion. I have worked in various nursing homes, where I have gained valuable experience in caring for patients with dementia, memory care, and rehabilitation. My expertise extends to managing medications, housekeeping, laundry, and daily errands. I take pride in building lasting relationships with my patients and their families, which has allowed me to become an extended family member to many. Unfortunately, the most challenging aspect of this field is losing patients, but I find solace in keeping in touch with their families even after they are gone.
