About Jitka

I am a registered nurse and have been living in Pittsburgh, PA for over 7 years. My husband and I have recently relocated to Roanoke, VA where I plan to use my experience from hospital and elder care environments. My last year of employment has been in private duty nursing which I prefer, as I am able to provide complete attention to my patient. I am also trained in music therapy, basal stimulation and Reiki; all of which I have found helpful in a variety of cases. I am a good listener and work collaboratively with patients and their families to find the best ways to provide care and support the well-being of my clients. My passion in life is to support people who are unable to fully care for themselves, whether they are recovering from an accident, or surgery, or experiencing the challenges of growing older. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am committed to providing the best care possible.
