I am a licensed CNA and MAP certified female with over 10 years of experience, looking for a home health care job, I am caring, compassionate, friendly and reliable care giver who really loves assisting elderly and individuals with disabilities , traumas , Dementia and other cognitive illnesses. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted livings and hospitals so I have alot of experience in assisting individuals with their activities of daily Living, medication administration, meal preparation, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, catheter and colostomy care, companionship, transfers , Hoyer lifts, vital signs and documentation. I drive and own a car so am able to do transportation to doctors appointments, iam punctual and have gone through several professional training such as, Dementia and mental illness training, CPR , First Aid and Brain trauma illnesses.
