Nancy is highly experienced, compassionate and skilled. She cared for my wife during a very challenging period of her Alzheimer's care, which involved sudden mood swings and occasional agitation. Nancy always found creative ways to redirect my wife often using humor to turn tough situations around. Her extensive knowledge about the disease itself was also enormously helpful to me in making decisions along the way.
