My name is Shantae, and I'm 29 years old. I have over 8 years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional, including caring for children with autism and special needs. I also have experience working with children in their homes. I'm loving, patient, responsible, and passionate about working with kids. I enjoy planning fun activities, helping children learn, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I believe in building strong relationships with both children and parents. My goal is to make every child smile while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands. I look forward to becoming a part of a wonderful family!
