About Shannon

I had a special needs brother with cerebral palsy I helped my mother take care of. I assisted taking care of my grandma while recovering from surgery. About me. I am a licensed special education teacher. Certified K-12. I taught at a learning center for 15 years then taught 3 years as a special education teacher for Virginia Beach Public Schools. I am currently a teacher (algebra and autism) for Chesapeake Public Schools, going on 3 years. I have two boys, 17 and 14.
