In addition to my specialized trainings, I have also worked in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and in one of the largest Dialysis Centers in Virginia. One of my most rewarding experiences was working in a Training Center with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. As a professional, it is important to be informative, trustworthy, punctual, friendly, flexible and have a great work ethic. These are some of my strongest attributes in all facets of life. My mom had dimentia and needed someone to look after her to keep her safe during the night. Renee was great with my mom - always patient and caring. She had a good attitude when my mom would do something feisty (like try and lock her out of her room). She was very professional and I would definitely recommend her as a caregiver.
