About Shannen

I am a former teacher's assistant from Stafford Academy of Dance. There I worked alongside a dance teacher with 2nd and 3rd graders. During this time I was also babysitting at the local church for a mother of 5 all under the age of 9. I then graduated and during my time at college I took care of a 3-month-old and a 2-year-old. The most recent sitting was for a 2-month-old for about a week. I love working with parents and their kids! Learning what the parents goals are, what works best for them, and how to effectively lend a helping hand. Summer of 2023 I babysat an 8-year-old & a 10-year-old both with special needs I learned so much on how to handle different situations thrown my way.
