We hired Adriana for our trip. She confirmed weeks before our trip and told us she made park reservations based on our schedule. Then comes the trip. Adriana stopped returning our calls, texts and other messages and just completely ghosted us for our trip. Needless to say, if you want someone to actually show up, then she is not the person for the job.
