About Shaman

I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, which basically means I am a Health Coach who specializes in working with nutritional, and physical goals of my clients. I use a holistic approach and will consider all aspects of a person's life when helping you to achieve your health and wellness goals. My recommendations are customized to the individual and are always "at will". You are in charge of your health and I am a knowledgeable and supportive coach who can assist you in getting to the healthiest state you can be! I work with youth - adult and also families. I provide coaching sessions in addition to shopping lists, personal help navigating the grocery store and I will even do the shopping for you! No health goal is too small.
