About Seth

I'd describe my personality as silly, kind, and responsible. I love to be goofy and have a lot of fun, but I also know when it is time to be serious and like to handle those situations with maturity and responsibility. I'm looking for a job with a family that is kind and welcoming. I respond very well and value constructive feedback. I would like a position where I am able to improve my skill set and grow as a caregiver. I started working with kids in seventh grade. Since then, I have had numerous babysitting jobs and jobs at Hebrew schools. I have also had experience working with 6th graders at a day camp and experience with 7-15-year-olds at a sleep-away camp in Wisconsin where I work every summer as the director of waterskiing, where my job is to supervise 15-20 instructors and make sure the activity runs safely and efficiently, allowing 90-100 kids to water ski and improve every day. One thing you should know about me is that I am hard-working and respond well to feedback.
