My journey in childcare began as a camp counselor at the age of 13. My passion for fostering growth and joy led me to become a day camp counselor at Monarch Camps at LA Valley College, where I had the pleasure of guiding children through a spectrum of activities. As an overnight camp counselor for Camp Kesem, I embraced the responsibility of ensuring not just their safety but also their emotional well-being during their time away from home. Having cared for kids aged 3 to 17, I've witnessed the transformative power of positive engagement and mentorship. Beyond the campfire stories, I extend my commitment to education as a dedicated tutor. Specializing in high school academics, my experience spans across K-12, providing personalized support to nurture young minds. Each day, I strive to be more than a caregiver or tutor-I aim to be a positive influence, shaping the future of the incredible young individuals I have the privilege to work with.
