About Seraiah

I am a strong believer in the power of positive reinforcement. Every child's learning potential is influenced by how they feel about themselves and their capabilities. I tailor each child's learning experience to their unique learning style, and strengthen their skills through esteem-building, consistency, and interactive teaching. Making the learning experience positive helps a child build a love for learning that will keep them motivated to achieve excellence. I want students to walk away from each session feeling bright, capable, and confident! For 2 years, I worked as a reading & writing tutor to K-5 students. For 5 years, I facilitated the home-schooling of three young children, tutoring in the subjects of English, math, science, and social studies. I emphasized organization, esteem-building, and positive reinforcement. I look forward to helping your child build a love for learning and achieve academic excellence!
