About Sasha

My name is Sasha and I am neurodiverse. -educated in many different areas of science, to include biology, chemistry, and genetics. I won a National scholarship as a sophomore while in high school for a paper I submitted that talks about the use of antibiotics in cows. -I played the Violin for 12 years and can teach music reading in treble clef -can teach the violin and have a ton of experience working with children as far as teaching approach. -have been running for nearly 19 years and have received training by world class runners. I know up to date information on correct running, breathing, and injury prevention to include exercises that can prevent injury and for recovery. -I have knowledge in weight lifting and know how the body responds to nutrition. -was a swim instructor for 4 years teaching children and adults, was lifeguard certified. -I coached a high school swim team for 3 years.
