About Sarah

Hi there! My name is Sarah, I am a certified first grade teacher based in Austin, TX! I have 3 years of classroom teaching experience. I am also 3 semesters into graduate school studying to be a reading specialist. My passion is teaching k-2nd grade kids HOW to read and how to get BETTER at reading. If your child is falling behind in school, please reach out to me!! I have a wealth of resources and knowledge to share. Many students experience a summer slump where their scores go down from where they were at the end of the previous school year, and if your child is already behind, this will set them back even further. I will help close that gap and help them improve their reading or math skills over summer so they can begin the year AHEAD of where they were last year.
