About Sarah

Hi family I would love to start off by thanking you for taking the time to consider my profile. I've been working as an Aupair for about 5 years now. During my time I experienced working with home schooled kids aged 5 to 9, I was trained by my host parent on how to manage homeschooling for a year. I've done homework supervision for bigger kids aged 12 to 14 making sure they get their work done and school stuff organized, I have infant care experience from assisting a children's orphanage in South Africa, I took care of 4 infants on my own, with careful advice and supervised training from the house mothers of the facility. I have learnt so much from every single family I've worked for. Children are free spirits, they learn something new everyday, they need someone patient enough as well as adventurous enough to allow them to learn. one of my favorite quotes that I read in a family's home was "Patients, we're all learning," and that has stuck with me till this day.
