I am Sarah's inofficial godmother and have known her since her birth and her family decades before that. I am a retired principal technical advisor in engineering psychology (human-machine interface) at the Department of Transportation's Volpe Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I would have many positive things to say about Sarah, but the most relevant here must be her responsible, consistent, loving, and sensitive support of her severely challenged younger brother.
