About Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah, and I have over 10 years of childcare experience. One of the most meaningful parts of my childcare experience has been helping raise my younger brother with autism, which taught me patience, empathy, flexibility, and how to adapt to different needs, routines, and communication styles. I also worked as a camp counselor and love creating fun, engaging activities like arts and crafts, games, reading, baking, and outdoor play. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, including children with diverse needs. I'm happy to help with homework, prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and care for family pets. I hold a Washington State Food Worker Card and know basic ASL, which I'm continuing to learn. I believe every child deserves to feel respected, included, and free to be themselves, and I strive to create a positive, dependable environment where they can learn, play, and grow. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring, dependable hands.
