About Lilly

Hi! I'm a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic childcare provider with 2 years of experience working with children of different ages. I currently work in a preschool classroom with children ages 3-4 and previously worked as an after-school teacher with elementary-aged children (K-5). I love watching children grow, learn, and reach new milestones. I believe in hands-on learning and interactive play, whether that's doing crafts, reading books, playing games, exploring outdoors, or finding creative ways to keep children engaged. I enjoy being actively involved rather than relying on screens for entertainment. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my Washington State MERIT ID and profile, and have completed all required childcare training. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn!
