Salma is the absolute best!! We hired "Miss Salma" as a part-time nanny to watch our son on the days that he was not in daycare. Salma, without our instruction, structured their time together to cover all the developmental bases - music, reading, general play, and beyond. We appreciated her initiative and background in child education, which made us so comfortable - as well as - overjoyed that our little man was getting such quality one on one time during their days together. As a childcare professional, Salma is reliable (truly unparalleled), responsive, punctual, and goes above & beyond to all tasks assigned. At the end of each day, the playroom and eating space were neater and more organized than they were before she arrived. As a remote-working mom, I really appreciated Salma's help and thoughtfulness. We have loved working with Salma -- my little nugget, especially!! She is one in a gazillion and we are so thankful for her as a caregiver, friend, and person! I cannot recommend her enough!!
