I would love to get to know a family before committing to be sure we are a good fit. Looking for either part-time (2:30pm-6pm) or full-time, but need to give the families im currently with a months notice. Experience: • 20yrs • Newborns- teens • Preschool lead teaching • Multiples/Twins • Transporting to appointments and activities • Children needing speech therapy, occupational therapy, and downsyndrome My needs: • A garentee of at least 30hr/wk for full-time • Possibility of a W-2 if full-time Things to know: • I love doing crafts, we make a mess but try to do anything messy early so cleaned up is before you return home • I love making learning fun and helping kids meet their milestones • Teaching basic life skills that are age appropriate is priority • I try to make everyday life easier for the parents so they can enjoy their time when they are home with their children •Open communication is a must
