With a proven track record and over 25 years of experience as a certified teacher, grades 6-12, I am available and prepared to help your family beginning this fall. I earned my B. S in Education from Eastern Michigan University, and my M. Ed from Wayne State University. I am certified in English, Language, and Literature as well as Speech, Communications, and Theater Arts. In addition to being a classroom teacher, I have tutored students in Reading, Writing, Advanced Placement English courses, and SAT /ACT test-prep for the over 10 years. Although most of my professional experience has been with students in middle and in high school, I am very comfortable working with students of all ages and ability.
