About Royal

Royal has been a wonderful caretaker for our family. She is attentive to the children and very skilled at keeping them engaged with activities, helping redirect their attention away from screens like tablets or TV. She is especially great with special needs children, including autistic and nonverbal kids, showing a lot of patience and understanding. Around the house, she goes above and beyond-tidying up, making beds, doing laundry (washing, drying, and putting it away), packing lunches/snacks, and keeping organized. She is reliable, dependable, and always punctual. On the rare occasions she runs late, she communicates right away, and she has never called out. She is also always willing to help if weekend or evening care is needed. She is learning and gaining experience with preparing kids meals and always puts her best effort. Overall, we highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, dependable, and hard working caretaker.
