Hello! My name is Rossana, and caring for children is my passion. I have over two years of experience working with children ages 1 to 11, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn and thrive. I am patient, dependable, and creative. I hold a Master's degree in Prevention of Behavioral Problems in Schools, and my background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) has strengthened my ability to encourage positive behavior, build consistent routines, and support each child's unique needs with compassion and positive reinforcement. I am CPR and First Aid certified and can also assist with meal preparation, homework, transportation, and light housekeeping related to children.
