I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 8 years of experience as a nanny and babysitter, combined with 5 years of ABA experience as a behavioral therapist. Throughout my career, I've supported children of all ages and developmental needs, creating structured, engaging, and safe environments where they can grow and thrive. My background as a behavioral therapist allows me to understand individual learning styles, support emotional regulation, and apply positive behavior strategies tailored to each child. I am experienced in working with children with special needs and in collaborating closely with families to ensure consistency and progress. In addition to my professional work, I began developing my childcare skills early by volunteering as a teen at the Boys & Girls Club and later running a summer camp, where I organized activities, led groups, and built strong, positive relationships with youth.
